Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to join USG Boral Rewards Programme, you will be agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions stated below.

SECTION I – APPLICATION OF USG BORAL REWARDS MEMBERSHIP

  1. In order to be eligible to become a member, during the registration process, the applicant must provide his/her current, complete and accurate business particulars as requested.
  2. The applicant warrants that all information provided by him/her during/after application are accurate.
  3. Only individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to apply for membership.
  4. The applicant acknowledges and agrees that the acceptance of his/her application is subject to the approval of USG Boral at its sole and absolute discretion and that his/her application may be rejected by USG Boral without assigning any reasons thereto.
  5. The USG Boral Rewards membership and its associated rewards are for the registered member only and shall not be transferable. USG Boral reserves the right to vary, amend and modify the rewards and these terms & conditions of the programme at its sole and absolute discretion without prior written notice.
  6. Each member can only register for one USG Boral Rewards Membership Account and it is non-transferable. By accepting the USG Boral Rewards membership, the member agrees and undertakes to provide any distributors who are taking part in the programme at USG Boral’s sole discretion proof or verification of his/her identity on demand.
  7. Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms & conditions stated in Section IV, the programme membership shall be valid for such period determined by USG Boral at the time of application.
  8. The member may only enjoy his/her USG Boral Rewards membership welfares within RM Building Products Pte Ltd. The USG Boral Rewards membership shall not be valid at any other distributors, unless determined otherwise by USG Boral.


SECTION II –REWARDS REDEMPTION

  1. USG Boral Reward Points

    1. The member shall be entitled to earn points known as “USG Boral Reward Points” for the total purchases receipt nett value at RM Building Products Pte Ltd.
    2. USG Boral Reward Points will be awarded only to members who submit their qualifying receipts/invoices from RM Building Products Pte Ltd within 1 month of purchase via the USG Boral Rewards App. Members who fail to do so shall not be entitled to earn or credit any USG Boral Reward Points into their USG Boral Rewards Membership Account for that transaction.
    3. The USG Boral Reward Points accumulated by the member will be credited to their USG Boral Rewards Membership Account ten (10) working days after the receipt is verified.
    4. USG Boral shall have the sole discretion to cancel or reject awarding any USG Boral Reward Points for any receipt(s) which in USG Boral’s sole discretion is false or doubtful.
    5. The USG Boral Reward Points earned and accumulated by the member shall be valid only for One Redemption Year (as hereinafter defined) from the date in which it is earned. A “Redemption Year” means a period of 12 months, starting 01 January 2016 and ending 31 December 2016 or starting 01 March 2016 and ending 28 February 2017.
    6. Upon the accumulation of a pre-determined amount of USG Boral Reward Points, the Member may redeem the USG Boral Reward Points for any of the rewards listed on the USG Boral Rewards APP. The rewards may be subjected to change without prior notice.
    7. USG Boral Reward Points are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or credit or USG Boral Products.
    8. Upon the Member’s request to redeem the Member’s USG Boral Reward Points, USG Boral will contacted the Member with the registered business contact details within ten (10) working days or such longer time period as shall be determined by USG Boral.
    9. USG Boral Reward Points shall only be redeemed by the Member during each Redemption Year in which it is earned.
    10. Reward Points earned that are not utilised within the validity period will expire. USG Boral shall not be responsible to the Member for any unutilised Reward Points.
    11. All Rewards are subjected to availability and USG Boral has the right to substitute the requested Rewards with other items of similar value in the event the requested Reward is out of stock or unavailable for whatever reason.
  2. USG Boral Rewards Membership Account

    1. Once any USG Boral Reward Points has been utilised, the used USG Boral Reward Points cannot be refunded or transferred back into the member’s USG Boral Rewards Membership Account.
    2. The member agrees and acknowledges that his/her USG Boral Rewards Membership Account and any USG Boral Reward Points earned under the USG Boral Rewards Membership Account may only be used by the member in whose name the particular USG Boral Rewards Membership Account has been registered.
    3. USG Boral Reward Points accumulated under different members’ USG Boral Rewards Membership Account are non-transferable and cannot be combined.
    4. Members may be able to check their USG Boral Reward Points via the USG Boral Rewards App.
    5. Members may notify USG Boral of any dispute on the USG Boral Reward Points by emailing to rewards.sg@usgboral.com or by written notice to USG Boral Rewards, 8 Boon Lay Way TradeHub 21 #02-06 Singapore 609964 within seven (7) days from the date of the transaction. USG Boral’s determination of all disputes shall be final, binding and conclusive.
  3. USG Boral Rewards Card

    1. The USG Boral Rewards Card is the property of USG Boral and is not a charge card and is not redeemable for cash.
    2. The Member shall immediately inform USG Boral upon discovering his/her USG Boral Reward Card, that is tagged to his/her USG Boral Rewards Membership Account, to be lost, stolen or damaged by email to rewards.sg@usgboral.com by written notice to USG Boral at USG Boral Rewards, 8 Boon Lay Way TradeHub 21 #02-06 Singapore 609964.
    3. The lost, stolen or damaged USG Boral Rewards Card may be replaced subject to payment of a replacement fee of $10.00 for each lost, stolen or damaged USG Boral Rewards Card.


SECTION III — PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

  1. Upon submitting the application for the programme, the member may opt in to receive Promotional Materials. If the Member opts in to receive Promotional Materials the member acknowledges and consents that his/her information may be used for the purposes of sending him/her Promotional Materials via his/her registered business contact details.
  2. If the member subsequently chooses not to receive Promotional Materials, the member shall notify USG Boral by prior written notice and within thirty (30) working days of USG Boral’s receipt of the member’s written notice, USG Boral will cease sending Promotional Materials to the member.
  3. The member shall not hold USG Boral and RM Building Products Pte Ltd liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered by the member arising either directly or indirectly from delay or non-receipt of the Promotional Materials or error in the Promotional Materials, if any.


SECTION IV — TERMINATION

  1. The member may terminate his/her membership at any time by giving USG Boral ten (10) working days’ notice in writing.
  2. USG Boral may at its absolute discretion, without prior notice to the member, suspend or terminate the programme (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever as it deems fit. USG Boral also has the absolute discretion to immediately bar, terminate, change, suspend or cancel the membership or impose additional conditions on the usage of the USG Boral Rewards App. Any failure or delay in taking such actions shall not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce these Terms & Conditions.
  3. If the programme is suspended or terminated for whatever reason, USG Boral shall not be liable to the members for any losses or damages suffered or that may be suffered by the member arising either directly or indirectly from the suspension or termination of the programme.
